At City Legal Services, we assist clients with select Small Claims Court matters within the permitted scope of paralegal practice, including breach of contract, unpaid loans or debts, property damage, issues arising from faulty goods or services, landlord–tenant disputes (e.g., rental arrears or property damage), personal injury claims within monetary jurisdiction, refund or deposit disputes, wage or benefit claims, minor motor vehicle incidents, and specific defamation or harassment matters as

Are you charged with an offence which may result in 2 years or less in prison ? This is a Summary Offence.

This price is charged when you have couple offences or DUI Charge i.e. Drinking and Driving.

This fee applies to basic trial representation, where the matter proceeds before a judge or justice without settlement.
HTA Tickets, CareLESS, Dangerous
Are you charged under POA or HTA matter? If yes, then this list applies to you.

If it is a minor traffic violation then this is the price (If no Trial).

If charged with stunt or careless driving then this is what we will charge you. (If no Trial).

If charged for typical scale infractions then this will be the charge (If no Trial).

If you are charged with impaired driving (DUI) or drunk driving, this is a serious matter. While winning is not impossible, it can be very challenging until a resolution is achieved. However, if the matter is complicated and requires the lawyer to be in trial for two days, involves several hours of disclosure analysis, and takes away time from other files and clients, there will be additional fees.
